NEXT Audiogroup Factory Visit Portugal
In early January, our team conducted an extensive working visit to Next Pro Audio's production facilities and distribution center in Portugal. As a distributor, Bekafun values a close relationship with our brands , ensuring we provide you with both quality products and expert technical advice.
European R&D and Production Strategy
During this tour of the distribution center and factory, Next Pro Audio's vision was reaffirmed. The brand distinguishes itself through a strong focus on in-house Research & Development. The high-end systems are developed and manufactured entirely in Portugal, guaranteeing exceptionally high quality control and short lines of communication between engineering and assembly.
In addition to European production, Next Pro Audio optimizes its offering by importing custom Chinese designs from Next Audiocom. These exclusive designs are built to strict European specifications, allowing Next Pro Audio to offer a competitive solution without compromising the reliability the brand is known for.
During this visit, we focused on the performance and integration of their systems. We visited a Rental Partner who has almost the entire product range available.
Technische Review: LA210X & Xnet Software
We received numerous demos of the large systems from this partner. Our attention was particularly drawn to the LA210X Line Array:
- Bipole Design: This system excels with its consistent horizontal dispersion and phase-linear behavior, resulting in extremely faithful reproduction across the entire coverage area.
- Xnet Control: Control via the proprietary Xnet software is impressively efficient. It offers system engineers the necessary precision and speed required for modern live productions.
The SP Series: Power and Precision
An absolute standout during the demo was the SP12. Our conclusion is clear: the performance of this unit is extremely impressive. The ratio of compact housing to actual output sets new standards in this segment. With their patented externally rotating horn, they have a unique product on the market.
Premiere: SP8 Launch at ISE Barcelona
They are proud to announce a premiere that will be officially presented at ISE Barcelona: the new SP8. This compact point-source loudspeaker is the latest addition to the successful SP series. ISE visitors will be the first to admire this new model in the Next Pro Audio demo room.
