Epson to unveil new projectors and lenses at ISE 2026

Innovations for professional displays and education

On February 3, 2026, at ISE in Barcelona, Epson announced two new projectors and a new range of lenses. These expand Epson's offerings for both large-scale professional displays and education.

New Products

EB-XQ2030B: This is the world's smallest and lightest 30,000-lumen 4K projector, designed for applications requiring high brightness, such as rentals, large installations, events, digital art, and commercial signage. Its compact size makes it easy to transport and install. The projector utilizes Epson's 3LCD technology and 4K Crystal Motion for bright and detailed images. In addition, significant attention has been paid to environmental friendliness during the manufacturing process.

New H Series Lenses: A range of lenses suitable for projectors with brightness from 6,000 to 30,000 lumens. The lenses offer extended throw distance coverage and innovative designs for a variety of installation environments. The lenses are fully compatible with all previous models in the PU and PQ series. Conversely, the "old" lenses are only partially compatible with this new XQ; the projector will indicate that the output is limited because the older lenses cannot handle 30,000 ANSI lumens.

EB-870Ei: An interactive ultra-short-throw projector specifically designed for education. This projector offers a large, bright, and interactive image without annoying shadows or reflections. It supports various connectivity options such as iProjection, Miracast, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet, allowing content to be shared from various sources. New features include an easy-to-install wall mount, improved interactive pens, and a control box with USB-C.

Availability

The EB-XQ2030B is expected in the summer of 2026.
