The events and staging industry has long relied on sophisticated solutions for the safe and efficient construction of loading and access ramps. Admiral Staging offers three ramp systems within its product range, catering to a variety of applications: the All-in-One Ramp Support, the Ramp Support System, and the Flex Ramp System.
All-in-One Ramp Support
- This is a single support element for building a slanted ramp.
- You build the ramp using standard stage decks connected by this support.
- Height range: approximately 40–120 cm.
- Maximum load: approximately 100 kg (for light items such as flight cases).
- You custom-make legs for the desired height.
- Advantage: One product needed, easy to install.
- Disadvantage: Limited in height and load capacity compared to other systems.
Ramp Support System
- This is a combination of multiple support components (such as "fixed support," "for 2 decks," or "for 3 decks").
- You build a ramp by combining multiple supports depending on the height.
- Height range: up to approximately 140 cm (depending on configuration).
- Max. load: approximately 250 kg (heavier than All-in-One).
- Uses standard stage legs (round/square legs).
- Advantage: Higher capacity and more combination options.
- Disadvantage: More complex to set up because you need multiple components.
Flex Ramp System
- This is the most flexible and comprehensive system.
- You can build ramps with varying lengths, slopes, and heights using special elements (Flex-Housing, Flex-Legs, etc.).
- Height range: up to 180 cm.
- Maximum load: 500 kg/m² (much heavier, suitable for heavy and frequently rolling equipment).
- Advantage: Maximum flexibility, suitable for larger/heavy-duty ramps.
- Disadvantage: Requires multiple components and must be connected to a sturdy platform.
Flex Housing Set
The Flex Housing Set joins two stage decks while also functioning as the foundation of each leg. Two Flex House elements are required for a complete connection between two stage decks. These two Houses are connected together by a Brace tube, secured at the ends with locking pins.
Flex Legs
These special Flex Legs come in different heights, making the Flex ramp system very flexible. Adjust each Flex Leg to the desired height within its range by turning its spindle.
Flex Frame
The Flex Ramp system works for stages up to 180 cm tall. To keep the ramp stable from a height of 70 cm and above, the Flex Frame is required to ensure lateral stability.
