Experience the SQ5+, SQ6+, and SQ7+ up close during our demo evening on June 9, 2026 from 6 PM. We will showcase the new 9″ touchscreen with Dark GUI, the RackUltra FX engines, and the latest DEEP processors in realistic live scenarios. The popular SQ series receives a substantial upgrade with SQ+. The hardware still delivers the 96 kHz XCVI FPGA power and 48 input channels engineers rely on; the real magic lies in what you can now do with it. With a larger 9" screen, a dark, high-contrast GUI, and new flagship effects, SQ+ feels like the familiar SQ. But with significantly more headroom, control, and speed.

The redesigned 9" touchscreen is the anchor point of the SQ+ experience. The dark GUI remains sharp in bright daylight and discreet in a dark FOH. You navigate through mixes, FX, and patching faster without getting lost in submenus. Motorized faders, SoftKeys, and—depending on the frame—SoftRotaries ensure that frequently used functions are literally at your fingertips.

All the tools for the perfect mix

On every input channel, you get exactly what you want as an engineer: a switchable high-pass filter (HPF), a lightning-fast gate with sidechain and filter, a freely assignable insert point, a musical 4-band parametric EQ with RTA response, and a Peak/RMS compressor for both control and transient shaping. Mixbuses are equally fully equipped: in addition to the compressor, you have both a parametric EQ and a 28-band graphic EQ at your disposal, ready to switch on as soon as the situation calls for it.

Latency-free emulations

SQ+ supports the latest generation of DEEP-processing add-ons: models of classic analog hardware that run directly in your channel and mix strips. They add no extra latency and can be deployed simultaneously on any channel, so you get the tonal character of beloved outboard in a tight 96 kHz workflow.

Two FX suites, twelve FX engines

By default, you have 8 RackExtra FX engines at your disposal, each with its own stereo return. The RackExtra suite offers renowned emulations: from classic reverbs (including gated), delays, and modulators to creative sound engineers for spatiality and movement.

Additionally, SQ+ adds 4 built-in RackUltra FX engines, each with dedicated stereo sends and returns. This premium suite, developed on dLive and proven on international tours, brings top-class reverbs, vocal tuning and pitch processing, distortion, and saturation to SQ+. For maximum flexibility, the 4 engines can also run RackExtra FX, exactly as your show requires.
