The SCP series 100V amplifiers have been known for a while. This series has now been expanded with a new 1000W version and this still in a compact half 19" format. Perfect for installations with many speakers at a higher volume and limited space.
The SCP series is a range of powerful compact dual channel power amplifiers for commercial use. These half 19” devices can be used in stereo low impedance or 70/100V mode. There are 5 different models with power ranging from 120W to 1000W. Due to the compact housing this allows installation in a 10.5” rack, or 2 side by side in a standard 19” rack.
The SCP series is designed in such a way that optimal cooling is achieved so that all this power in this small device does not cause overheating.
You can connect it to the WP2xx series wall panels or volume controls via the RJ45 connector on the back of the SCP. This allows a budget friendly plug & play solution to expand inputs and control options.
It is equipped with a standby mode switch, this will cause the SCP series to go into an energy saving standby mode after a period of inactivity. This feature together with the overall energy efficient design ensures that the SCP meets the high standards of Energy Star certification.
