1. Needs assessment and site visit
We begin with a meeting to understand your needs, intended use, and any technical limitations. A site visit helps assess the room's acoustics, infrastructure, and any existing systems.
Goal: gain insight into the client's context, needs, and expectations.
2. Technical design and custom proposal
Based on the analysis, we create a tailored technical proposal, including:
Recommendations for speakers, microphones, amplifiers, control systems, and possible acoustic treatments
A clear schematic design of the system
A transparent quote aligned with the available budget
Goal: deliver a realistic, clearly presented solution that fits the intended application.
3. Planning and preparation
Once approved, we schedule the installation in coordination with the client. We prepare:
Ordering or reserving the necessary equipment
Cabling and installation plans
Coordination with third parties if needed (IT, contractors…)
Goal: ensure a smooth and efficient execution.
4. Installation and system configuration
Our skilled technicians perform a clean and safe installation:
Mounting of all equipment
Wiring and connections

5. Testing and handover

Gobox Brussels
GOBOX is a trendy boxing club in the dark with upbeat music and lighting that makes exercising even more fun.

Pool lighting, Green Island Technics
May 2020: Green Island Technics provided the lighting of a swimming pool and its surroundings with the Bekaled Dataled. This allows you to control each pixel separately and program special effects. The LEDs are programmed to go with the music at parties.
