Multi-zone audio system
A multi-zone audio system offers maximum control, flexibility, and reliability for professional environments. Whether it's background music in a retail space, paging functionality in an office building, or zone-based audio control in the hospitality sector, brands like AUDAC, NEXT Audiocom, and Bluesound Professional deliver quality and efficiency.
Each audio zone can be individually controlled in terms of volume, source selection, and scheduling. Control is possible both locally and centrally via user-friendly interfaces or integrated network systems. With compatibility for streaming services, automation platforms, and professional audio protocols such as Dante, these systems are perfectly suited for demanding applications.
AUDAC
AUDAC offers versatile and scalable solutions for zone systems that perfectly suit professional applications. With a wide range of matrix mixers, DSP controllers, modular audio sources, and control panels, AUDAC enables independent management of multiple audio zones. Whether it’s a simple 2-zone installation or an extensive network system with dozens of zones, AUDAC delivers reliable, flexible, and user-friendly technologies that seamlessly integrate into any environment. With the intuitive and powerful software AUDAC Touch™, users can easily control and automate the entire system via smartphone, tablet, or PC.
MTX48 and MTX88
The MTX48 (4 zones) and MTX88 (8 zones) are analog matrix mixers that serve as the heart of compact to medium-sized zone setups. They allow multiple audio sources to be distributed across different zones, each with its own volume control, source selection, and tone adjustment. Easy control is ensured via wall panels, mobile apps, or AUDAC Touch™ software.
LUNA-F and LUNA-U
For more complex or network-based applications, AUDAC offers the LUNA series.
The LUNA-U (USB connectivity) and LUNA-F (fully Dante/AES67 compatible) act as advanced DSP processors and central hubs within a digital audio network. With support for extensive audio processing, priority management, automated scenes, paging, and integration with building automation systems, these devices are perfect for high-end projects. Up to 32 zones can be centrally controlled, either locally or via the network.
The XMP44 is a professional modular audio source that supports up to four expansion modules. Think of internet radio, FM/DAB+, Dante streaming, or local media players. Thanks to the APP and NMP modules, different zones can be supplied with unique content, fully controllable via AUDAC Touch™ or other control interfaces. This makes the XMP44 the perfect audio source for flexible zone systems.
PRE126
For smaller installations where only a limited number of zones is required, AUDAC offers a simple and efficient solution with the PRE126. This 2-zone system is ideal for situations where background music and paging are needed in two separate areas. The PRE126 features multiple inputs, including microphone and line inputs, and allows easy control of volume and source selection per zone. Thanks to its compact design and user-friendly operation, the PRE126 is perfect for small businesses, hospitality venues, or office spaces where flexibility and quality are important without complex installation.
NEXT
The MX350 is a powerful 6-zone audio distribution system ideal for medium-sized professional installations. With multiple inputs and flexible zone separation, the system provides full control over source selection, volume, and audio processing per zone. Thanks to its intuitive operation and compatibility with various audio sources, the MX350 is perfectly suited for offices, retail, hospitality, and educational environments.
Bluesound
A professional zone system with Bluesound is built around a central NODE or POWERNODE. The NODE acts as a high-quality streamer that can be easily connected to existing amplifiers within the installation project. The POWERNODE is an all-in-one solution with an integrated amplifier, enabling the installation of passive speakers in multiple zones without additional equipment.
Each of these central devices can drive multiple speakers in different rooms, with each zone managed independently. Through the intuitive BluOS app, all zones can be centrally monitored and controlled. Users can select the desired audio source per zone, adjust the volume, and group zones for synchronized playback. This provides full control over the multiroom audio system from a single centralized control point, enhancing efficiency and flexibility in professional environments such as offices, hospitality venues, retail, or educational institutions.
